In Vuonislahti, which is also known from Heikki Turunen\u2019s book &#8220;Simpauttaja,&#8221; you can stay in the Rekiniemi caravan park in the middle of nature, enjoy the atmosphere of quiet small village, or attend a summer theater. You can admire the wood sculptures of sculptor Eva Ryyn\u00e4nen by taking a road trip or a log boat transport from Vuonislahti harbor. In the summer, you can reach Vuonislahti from Koli by a scenic cruise, and in the winter, by an exciting ice road.
